About the Role -We're seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and are licensed through the Kansas BSRB, we'll provide you with the training you need to excel!
A Day in the Life as a Supervisor:

• Oversee Case Managers and Support Workers to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
• Guide and mentor staff, helping them grow and develop key skills for working with families.
• Create training programs, provide support, and lead your team to bring positive change to children and families.
