Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Administrative Office Clerk job in Rapid City, SD. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, or direct hire for the right candidate. Responsibilities for the Administrative Office Clerk job include:



o Data entry using Microsoft Excel programs to include AP/AR/Payroll

o Customer interaction via phones and face-to-face communication

o Works closely with co-workers to ensure successful office operations

o Meets office standards and deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness



Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:



o Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs

o 1-3 years experience in a administrative or secretarial role preferred

o Strong 10 Key of 6000-12000 net speed, Typing of 40+WPM

o Attention to detail, and organizational skills

o Verifiable work history with a proven record of strong performance and attendance.



We have full- time openings on Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.



Pay for this position is $10.00-12.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity to work with a highly reputable and growing company. Direct hire opportunity is also available for top-talent candidates.
