Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position, for our beautiful community in Dunedin, FL.

• In-house program
• Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
• No mandated group treatment
• Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
• State-of-the-art rehab gyms
• Multiple patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and home health
• Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programsIn this role, you will be responsible for providing treatment services to residents and assisting the Physical Therapist in treatment and program development. Performs physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been delegated by the Physical Therapist, in accordance with the plan of treatment.   The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Completion of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant training program
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
