The Electrical Maintenance Technician has responsibilities to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position requires proficiency in multiple skill clusters, such as electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, 480v 3 phase motors, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. This person will perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. Qualifications/Skills: Must Have: 5 years in industrial manufacturingConstruction manufacturing background is a plusPLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and change parametersExperience with HMI softwarePhoto eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoidsRepairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)Hydraulics & PneumaticsHigh and Low VoltageAbility to operate a multimeter, megger, to diagnose a variety of electrical issues Lift and/or move up to 50 poundsFrequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.PLC Programming is a plusAbility to pull wire and bend conduit Be able to work in adverse weather conditions And other duties as assigned.
