Objective:

Manage the execution of consumer studies at the testing center (oversee testing, manage facility and resources, and supervise staff)



Researcher: Execute sensory and consumer tests in accordance to test plans. Act as Study Lead for external project requests by creating cost estimates and developing test plans. Upload and code video in portal.



Quality Management: Assist with product releases, train team on quality standards, drive compliance and further development and refinement of procedures.



Facility Oversight: Oversee daily operations of facility, including maintenance, record keeping/logs, supply ordering, etc.



People Management: Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to staff.



Technology Support: Troubleshoot minor computer/technology issues (as needed).



SHE: Employee will be responsible to follow and uphold all Food Safety, Food Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures as pertains to role. More...
