Family Medicine Opening - Elkader, Iowa Position Details - Full-time, permanent- New position for the clinics and will support the growing community. - The community has loyal and longtime patients with the potential to expand and serve even more in the area.- 25 bed CAH- Lvl IV Trauma Center- 36 patient contact hours shared between Elkader and Monona clinics - provider must be willing to work out of both clinic locations- PAID Hospital (ED/Inpatient) night call 1-2x/Month- 15-20 Patients Daily- Leadership Opportunities- Lab & X-ray Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). - Base Salary with non-productive and productive bonus incentives- Sign-on bonus- NHSC/PSLF-eligible site- $3000 CME Annual Dollars- Employer sponsored professional liability and tail coverage- Benefits eligible day ONE- Generous time off- 403B and 457B retirement plans Requirements - BC/BE About the Community: Approaching Elkader from any direction is a scenic drive.
