Job description Job Title: Therapist Full or Part-time Master's Level Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) wanted. -Starting Salary - 65k-75k -Health and Dental Insurance Provided by Employer -401k with Match and profit sharing -4 weeks PTO -Flexible Schedule Reports to: Clinical Director ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (other essential duties may be assigned). --- Develops and presents clinical curriculum --- Weekly therapy with clients --- Develops and updates treatment plans as required. --- Run therapeutic groups with Clients and families. --- Conduct on time, consistent phone calls with assigned parents --- Conduct calls to former residents and families as a part of after care --- Collect accurate data from Families --- Completed assigned discharge plans and discharge summaries --- Develops, participates, and conducts parent workshops --- Develop and implements parent and student curriculum --- Develops aftercare assignments --- Implements policies and procedures of Prosper Adolescent Care pertaining to residents and families QUALIFICATIONS To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications include the following: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE --- A Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g.: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling) --- Licensure through the State of Montana or a Montana candidate for licensure --- The individual will have at least two years experience working with at risk individuals and/or families.
