A client of ours in Sherwood is looking to add an experienced MIG Welders to their team. These positions are a great fit for hard-working, reliable individuals looking for long-term employment with competitive pay! #1939ST

This is an evaluation to a full-time hire position, 60 days to conversion!

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in achieving high-quality and maximum strength welds with a wide range of metal sizes, with minimal distortion.
• Capability to read blueprints and weld symbols (able to pass a Weld Exam).
• Experience welding 052-055 wire
• Strong math skills.
• Knowledge of jib and overhead cranes.
• Ability to fit from blueprint with or without fixtures.
• Proficient in planning all welding jobs from start to finish, using a wide range of metal sizes.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Capability to work across multiple product lines (six different product lines).
• Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and metatarsal guards.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, background check, drug screen, and respirator exam.
  Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11pm (OT available once hired)
  
  To convert must pass background and drug screen.
