Residential and Commercial Shower and Mirror Crew Foreman:MT Contracting, Inc., a leading glass and glazing company, is looking to add a Foreman-level Heavy Plate Shower Door Installer. We proudly serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley.Responsibilities:

• Measure and design shower enclosures
• Measure and design custom mirrors for our manufacturing facility to fabricate
• Supervise and assist the installation team
• Organize tools and materials for each job
• Manage work orders for daily tasks
• Capture field photos for documentationQualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • Clean driving record
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following upWhat We're Looking For: We are seeking someone who is strong, determined, and a good leader. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and strong math skills are essential.Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.Compensation: Competitive hourly wage: $28 - $34 DOEBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including United Health Insurance, PTO, and holiday pay
