Equipment Service Technician We are actively seeking skilled, dedicated, and motivated Ag Diesel Technicians with a passion for the agricultural industry for our dealership location in Johnson City, KS. EOE. This position must be able to efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various systems of equipment to keep producers up and running to their full potential. A great candidate is an individual who likes to problem-solve, is a continuous learner with a dedicated work ethic and can present themselves in a professional, courteous and positive manner. COMPENSATION: -
- This is a full-time position with 45+ hours/week.
- Base hourly wage ranges between $16-$40+ depending on experience.
- Plus eligible for overtime and commission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: -
- Analyze, troubleshoot and perform electrical and mechanical repairs on agricultural equipment.
- Perform diagnosis and plan effective and efficient repairs of machinery.
- Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
- Follow production schedules and requirements for completion of assignments.
- Participate in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition and working order.
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations. Follow safety precautions while operating vehicles, machinery and equipment.
- Provide professional and courteous service and present a positive and professional image of the company.
- Perform other service tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Service Department Foreman.
