This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.Talent Acquisition Analyst - AAA/The Auto Club Group What you will do: Reports to: Talent Acquisition DirectorSupport the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on all reporting, research and analytics activities as well as the development of Talent Acquisition reporting solutions. Perform complex data gathering and reporting. Analyze and interpret various reporting and perform data modeling. Serve as a subject matter expert on TA system reporting capabilities, reporting processes, data analysis, modeling and forecasting. Ensure that assigned projects are moving along by checking in with key stakeholders regarding completion of action items. Identify, investigate, and resolve problems.Prepare and distribute various reports that provide insight and guidance for department strategy development and maximizing efficiencies. Conduct needs assessments to determine reporting needs and make recommendations on reporting options. Collect, structure, analyze and distribute data on various TA metrics (e.g. time to fill, cost of hire, recruiting funnel, sourcing). Identify areas for data quality improvement and provide support in the resolution of data quality challenges. Assist in the development of data quality assurance standards and processes. Participate in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities as needed. Provide training and support to end users regarding reporting solutions.Participate in activities related to creating and updating departmental procedures, training manuals and job aids. Work with team to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Analyze and assess the impact of changes to TA procedures/systems on data and reporting requirements. Develop end user documentation and communication plans. Maintain documents including procedures and communications. Help identify and implement audit processes for compliance purposes.Maintain ongoing knowledge of reporting systems and techniques used to model and analyze TA activities.How you will benefit: - Our Talent Acquisition Analyst will earn a competitive annual salary of $75,000 - $99,000 with annual bonus potential based on performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Insurance or related fieldExperience:
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting and analysis to include:
- Using tools for statistical analysis and database querying in support of analytics
- Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of reporting processes
- Analyzing performance problems data and trends
- Preparing and presenting information to management
- Modeling and monitoring
- Report building
- Gathering, researching, and analyzing data to develop recommendations for management review
- Working with third party/outside vendorsKnowledge of:
- Workday and Visier
- Reporting, modeling and analytic techniques
- HR practices and procedures
- HR delivery systems
- Project planning and management techniquesAbility to:
