Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. About our teamI have over 35 years of agency experience. My team and I are passionate about educating our customers about the value of the insurance products that we offer. Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive..

    • License Reimbursement Requirements
      • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
      • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
      • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
      • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
      • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

      • Self-motivated
      • Detail oriented
      • Able to learn computer functions
      • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
      • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

        This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.         Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
