(Sports Medicine) Practice Information - Intermountain Health in Burley, Idaho is seeking to add a board certified/board eligible fellowship-trained Primary Care Sports Medicine physician to join a collegial department of Musculoskeletal providers
- Provide coverage at Cassia Regional Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital provider and community hospital
- Physician will provide athletic team coverage for local high school sanctioned sports
- Physician will have ready access to diagnostic equipment and dedicated support staff Requirements
- Minimum of one-year fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Primary Care Sports Medicine, and/or PM&R, and/or Emergency Medicine
- Unrestricted Idaho MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
