Apply today!!!!<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Java Technical Lead - Job Description:<br>&nbsp;<br>This position involves leading a team of technical employees, specifically with Java (leading 6-10 developers). &nbsp;The Lead is involved in analysis, design, coding, and support. &nbsp;This role involves participation in user&rsquo;s functional requirement studies, collaboration with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction, architect and design application, and ensuring quality of work through QA and code review process. &nbsp;&nbsp;The Technical Lead will complete all projects on time based on the project planning.<br>&nbsp;<br>Requirements:<br>&bull; Experience working with Java, previous management role <br>&bull; Tech Lead does need to be hands on coding&hellip;.50/50<br>&bull; Strong programming knowledge in these related fields: Java, J2EE, XML<br>&bull; Hands-on experience in software development<br>&bull; Preferred development tool: Eclipse, My Eclipse, Rational<br>&bull; Preferred database: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, SQL<br>&bull; Preferred WebServer: WebSphere, WebLogic, Sun Java Application server, JBoss, Tomcat <br>&bull; Preferred Operating System: Windows, Linux<br>&bull; Excellent communication skills<br>&bull; Self-initiative to learn and explore <br>&bull; Experience in banking/financial services is a plus<br>&nbsp;<br>The position is funded to start ASAP. &nbsp;Phone screens first and then onsite interviews will be required. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Client is an equal opportunity employer.
