- Salary ranges from $50,000 - $60,000/year -- Credit for experience will be given -How you will make an impact: -As a LPN Nursing Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by implementing tailored care plans that address individual needs and preferences. By fostering a collaborative environment among staff and encouraging open communication with families, you will ensure that each resident receives compassionate and comprehensive support. Furthermore, your leadership in staff training and development should promote a culture of excellence, ultimately leading to improved care outcomes and resident satisfaction.Schedule: -
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for all clinical and staffing needs
- Able to cover for resident needs unstaffed
- Rotating MOD weekendRequirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Staffing and Scheduling (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Long-term Care (Preferred) -
- Minimum 1 year experience in Supervision (Required) - -
- Active LPN License (Required) -
- High school diploma (Required)Essential Skills:
- Clinical skills: - service plans, medical communication
- Leads, schedules, and monitors the performance of caregivers
- Advocate for residents and family members
- Good communication skills (written, verbal)
