Peopleshare is seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Collector Trainer to join our team in Mt. Laurel, NJ! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and a proven ability to train and develop new and existing staff - apply today if that sounds like you!

Job Title: Debt Collector Trainer
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Pay: $45-50k/yr
Schedule: Mon-Fri Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work a minimum 40-hour shift per week
• Refine and/or develop training documentation
• Conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff
• Maintain detailed documentation of all training activities Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a full-time collection trainer
  • Minimum 12 months in a collections call center (3rd party preferable)
  • Intimate knowledge of dialer systems and collection software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of developing collectors
  • No criminal convictions
  • Stable work history
  • Strong knowledge of FDCPA and other applicable laws regarding collections and TCPA
