Key Responsibilities

Conduct Cyara IVR call flow testing and write automation scripts
Validate test data and execute test cases, documenting defects in JIRA
Coordinate with the development team and stakeholders throughout the testing process


Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience with Cyara IVR and automation script writing
Understanding of Agile development and the software testing life cycle (STLC)
