A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist I.



Key Responsibilities

Manage renewal business and create new business to drive revenue growth
Obtain underwriting information and prepare applications for renewals and new business
Educate clients on policy coverage, limitations, and secure necessary documentation


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in customer service within the insurance industry
Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C)
Prior experience as an Associate Customer Service Representative
Knowledge of Agency Management Systems, preferably AMS360
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) More...
