Key Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with fabrication engineers to model the fabrication impact on PIC device performance
Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) techniques to enhance device performance considering fabrication influences
Develop and integrate DFM workflows with simulation and layout processes using scalable scripts


Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in design for manufacturing and fabrication modeling of photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
2+ years of programming experience in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Matlab)
Familiarity with fabrication processes and design constraints for PICs
7+ years of PIC design and manufacture modeling experience is preferred More...
