- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
- Supervise reception activities and monitor exam room availability for timely care delivery.
- Staff Supervision and Training
- Recruit, Train, and evaluate medical assistants and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care and efficiency.
- Credentialing, Licensing, and Accreditation
- Manage and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Work with insurance companies and regulatory agencies to expedite approvals.
- Ensure the facility meets all licensing requirements and stays current with state and federal regulations.

- Policy Implementation
