Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and improving the oral health of our patients. As a dentist, you will diagnose and treat various dental conditions, promote preventive oral care, and educate patients about proper dental hygiene. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including assessing oral health, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing treatment plans.- Administer dental treatments, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental prosthetics.- Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive procedures.- Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, dental care techniques, and the importance of regular check-ups.- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to deliver efficient and coordinated dental care.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any necessary referrals.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and standards of practice.Qualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.- Valid dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.- Proven experience as a dentist, preferably in a clinical setting.- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with patients and explain complex dental procedures in a clear and empathetic manner.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including malpractice insurance, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.Please note that this is just a general dentist job description, and specific requirements and responsibilities may vary depending on the dental practice and location.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
