Key Responsibilities

Review new partner deal registrations and ensure appropriate data inclusion
Quote and submit pricing to distribution for the Reseller
Assist in resolving conflicts related to duplicate registrations and perform other administrative responsibilities


Required Qualifications

College degree and/or equivalent work-related experience preferred
Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service role
Experience with Channel Sales and Sales processes is highly desirable
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Sales Force
