An employer in the mortgage/real estate industry is looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to support Retail Marketing functions across the Florida region.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a resource for regional social media marketing, creating and posting engaging content
Provide training and coaching to loan officers on CRM and marketing platforms
Design and create various marketing materials, including print ads and social media graphics


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred; 1+ years of recent marketing experience or 2+ years without a degree
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Strong understanding of social media best practices, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
A portfolio showcasing design work is highly desirable
