• Paid Time Off Job Objective: The Dispatcher is the primary contact between the Customers and the Company. The emphasis of this position is ensuring that customer's needs are met in a prompt and professional manner.
  
  Accountability and Specific Duties:
  • Supervising drivers, driver safety, and customer service.
  • Responsible for monitoring lube inventory at customer locations.
  • Dispatch drivers to replenish lube inventory at customer locations.
  • Review and complete the order process, prepare schedules for all deliveries.
  • Responsible for implementing Federal, State and local rules and regulations.
  • Monitor lube usage and make independent decisions in regards when and where to deliveries, including decisions regarding diverting loads, canceling deliveries and adding deliveries as needed based on market conditions.
  • Ensure the overall customer experience and service exceeds Company standards.
  • Plan and assign deliveries to maximize productivity, profitability and customer service.
  • Anticipate, identify, prioritize and resolve/eliminate problems through effective delivery, planning and scheduling.
  • Forecast and project lube supply needs/deliveries based on recent or prior sales.
  • Performs load planning activities and coordinates load assignments.
  • Handle administrative paperwork and computer entry duties. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Maximize customer service and company profits through effective management of lube inventories, drivers, trucks, and lube supply network.
    • Dispatch Software Experience (Prefer DM2 or RelaWay)
    • Experience or knowledge of lube/fuel inventory management tools. Requirements:
      • 1 year of dispatching or similar relevant experience preferred
      • Valid CDL B license strongly preferred
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Associates may be required to drive company vehicles as part of their duties. A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is mandatory to ensure the safe operation of company vehicles.
        
        Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
