HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is looking for a dynamic and experienced sales leader to help build one of the world's largest remote technical sales teams. HEROIC is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company specializing in SaaS solutions and Managed Services. We are on a mission to build a world-class remote sales organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sales Infrastructure Development:
- Build and enhance sales infrastructure, test new sales processes, and continually learn to maximize salesperson efficiency.
- Integrate AI and cutting-edge sales enablement technologies into all sales systems to maximize outreach, touchpoints, and conversions.
- Team Management:
- Manage the entire sales organization, including SDRs (Sales Development Representatives), AEs (Account Executives), sales managers, sales trainers, and more.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a remote and international sales team.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across SaaS software and Managed Services offerings.
- Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Build, manage, and continuously adjust sales compensation plans for all salespeople in the organization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Sales Methodology and Processes:
- Utilize experience with one or more top sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN Selling) to enhance sales processes.
- Stay on the bleeding edge of sales enablement technology and integrate it into the sales team.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record in both SaaS software sales and Managed Service Sales.
- Extensive experience managing and scaling large, remote, and international sales teams, including AEs and SDRs.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Highly proficient with industry-leading sales enablement software (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com, Spiff.com, Gong.io).
- Experience with CRM technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.io, etc.
- Familiarity with auto-dialing, power dialing technologies.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI-based sales enablement technologies into sales systems to enhance outreach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- Experience in IT Services and Cybersecurity Industry.
- Education:
