A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budgeting process and manage rolling financial forecasts
Produce financial reports and provide in-depth analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with senior leadership to support decision-making and drive process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in technology or SaaS
Proven experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and FP&A tools
