Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews with potential new members (PNM) who are senior executives
Nurture prospects through the sales process and manage a large pipeline
Sourcing qualified outbound leads and executing retargeting campaigns


Required Qualifications

Experience in sales or a client-facing role with a focus on relationship-based sales
Proven history of achieving sales quotas and confidence in meeting commission incentives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large pipeline
Proactive self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
