Key Responsibilities

Review, enter, and modify flex/HRA claims data accurately and timely
Respond to inquiries from participants regarding account details via various communication channels
Process both manual and electronic claim submissions according to established procedures


Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years in a customer service and production-driven environment
Exceptional data entry skills
