Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on policy requirements and compliance to the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense
Contribute to the development and enhancement of WCR Policy, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Engage with businesses to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in policy development and governance
Experience in Wholesale Credit Risk or related Risk Management is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is a plus
Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
