This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions and senior management. What You'll Do: - Perform administrative duties including conducting research, organizing documents, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
- Perform daily data entry activities in a number of software to track commissions, transaction details, and other business-related information
- Answer and route calls to appropriate personnel or voicemail. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information about the organization. Maintain confidentiality of all calls and information.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms. Arrange for food catering when required.
- Interact with vendors for events and sales activities geared towards clients.
- Book travel and process expenses for various company personnel
- Write routine reports and correspondence with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
