A company is looking for a Provisioning Specialist L3.



Key Responsibilities:

Triage, reproduce, and document failed provisioning tasks, reporting issues to responsible parties
Interact with vendors and engineering to manage escalations and report defects
Host training sessions for Provisioning Specialist L1s and L2s team members


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

At least five (5) years of experience in a technical and/or customer service environment
At least three (3) years of experience in a provisioning or operations role
Familiarity with business management and API tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Postman)
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment More...
