A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to oversee a team of claims processors and provide technical assistance.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow and lead efforts in error reduction for claims processing
Provide guidance on refund and recoupment adjudication and assist with complex benefit issues
Monitor claims inventory and offer feedback on process improvements and areas of concern


Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years prior claims processing experience required
High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance
Familiarity with HCPCS, CPT, and ICD 10 coding
