Key Responsibilities

Develop, track, and report on Partner Product KPIs and CRM metrics for data-driven insights
Ensure reliable data flows and tracking between systems to support accurate reporting and partner quality stewardship
Manage outside support teams and optimize processes for a positive partner experience, including budget tracking and contractor management


Required Qualifications

7+ years of partner or operations experience in a similar industry
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on trends
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Salesforce, preferably CRM, PRM, and/or Service Cloud
