Key Responsibilities

Oversee all technical and functional activities for successful contract management
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage performance across task orders
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Contractor staff supporting BARDA


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience managing Federal contracts of similar type, scale, and scope
Bachelor's or higher degree in Project/Program management, Business Management, or related scientific fields
Extensive knowledge and experience in personnel management
Experience with performance assessment, risk management, and quality control
