Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay structures
Develop and administer salary structures and compensation policies
Lead benchmarking studies and conduct pay equity analyses



Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
Experience with advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools (preferred)
