Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers in resolving inquiries through root cause analysis and action planning
Analyze Medicare enrollment data to address business problems and create impactful data visualizations
Collaborate across departments and conduct briefings with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations


Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of technical experience in data analysis
Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL development
Advanced experience with large and complex data sets in large organizations
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare and/or Medicare/Medicaid related data
