The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 4 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance in Robotics (Fanuc), ASRS (DMS, Mini loaders), and various MHE. Acts as a senior material handling technician on all equipment installed at the Salt Lake City, UT) site location. Aids and mentors lower-level employees. (12-hour shifts) Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $35 to $40 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in This Role - Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including tasks such as belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures to ensure efficient equipment performance.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuitry.
- Construct and complete work orders within the asset management system, recording in-depth data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts employed.
- Troubleshoot conveyance issues and figure out resources needed to resolve them successfully.
- Locate and track spare parts inventory to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure all systems meet strict specifications.
- Assist with training customers to confidently operate equipment.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address equipment failures and faults accurately.
- Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to resolve them efficiently.
