Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to monitor and analyze auction results, bidder activity, sales, and operations
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for key stakeholders across the organization
Identify trends and opportunities for improving marketplace performance, including suggestions for operational enhancements and strategic initiatives


Key Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in reporting, data analysis, and strategy, preferably in a dual-sided marketplace with a focus on sales and operations
Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries for reporting and analysis
Experience with Salesforce CRM for tracking and analyzing sales and operations data
Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, power query, macros, and data manipulation
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software More...
