A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Oncology Navigation.



Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms using a telemedicine platform
Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with onboarding RNs and coordinate with the care team
Oversee interdisciplinary case conferences and provide clinical oversight for case management


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, including 2 years in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities
Minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
Experience in a startup or technology-driven environment is preferred
