The Resident Maintenance Site Planner will be responsible for the overall asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory at our Salt Lake City, UT site. This person also measures and publishes facilities' KPI metrics to the management team and helps to interpret this data. This position will perform spare parts audits as necessary. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28- $34 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in This Role: - Prepares sophisticated reports, correspondence, and/or statistics.
- May craft procedures, processes, techniques, or other applications that may be applied across work groups.
- Leads parts and supplies usage and request.
- Manages inventory including physical and cycle counts.
- Works with Maintenance software for reports and trends.
- Works with customer procurement directly for ordering.
- Optimally identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them.
