Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for the MicroBuild Initiative, including document review and transaction management
Oversee processes for managing the lifecycle of MicroBuild materials and coordinate knowledge management projects
Provide general administrative support to the legal team and assist with additional assigned matters


Required Qualifications

Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with superior writing skills
3-4 years of legal operational or knowledge management experience
2-3 years of experience reviewing or negotiating contracts, or equivalent legal training
Experience with contract lifecycle management or customer relationship management systems
Graduate degree or postgraduate certificate in a related field is preferred More...
