Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Salesforce integrations and system automations
Plan, manage, test, and implement system upgrades to integration and automation technologies
Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot existing system functionality and integrations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
5+ years Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, General Configuration, Flows, Lightning)
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Consultant in a customer-facing role
Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Consultant, Architect
