Key Responsibilities

Process daily accounts payable transactions and manage vendor invoices
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records
Assist in preparing financial reports and participate in year-end close activities


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred
4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
