Capital Energy is building an elite Blitz Team, traveling from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas for 10 days each month to sell solar door-to-door in high-demand markets. What You'll Do: --- Travel to Las Vegas for 10-day blitz sales trips each month, with all travel and accommodations covered. --- Engage homeowners in direct sales conversations to close high-ticket solar deals. --- Utilize your sales expertise to maximize conversions and increase earnings. --- Mentor and support newer sales reps while leading by example in performance. --- Work with an energetic, driven team focused on hitting top sales goals. Who We're Looking For: --- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, solar sales, or similar high-ticket sales. --- Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment. --- Strong closing skills and the ability to drive revenue through direct sales. --- Willingness to travel and commit to a 10-day blitz schedule every month. --- Natural leaders who can help mentor and uplift the team. Responsibilities: --- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals --- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities --- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points --- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Qualifications: --- A consistent top performer in sales --- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills --- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience About Company: At Capital Energy, we're revolutionizing the way people access sustainable energy solutions.
