Sr. Product Manager, Platform Services - Burlington Vermont

Core Responsibility: Spearheads brandhub Platform development projects and product strategy. Enables brandhub clients to get the most out of the platform.Collaborates with the Product Team on shaping the overall product strategy.

Contribute to the prioritization of brandhub product roadmap tapping into client feedback, internal Select stakeholder feedback, and innovation-based inputs.

Collect client feedback on the platform and share suggested features with the Product Team.

Lead new service development and implementation efforts.

Advise on management of the Jira board and create/organize issues.

Other duties include developing service pricing strategies, delivering UI/UX recommendations, and contributing to the product roadmap.Supports Key Relationships with Customers:

Drive innovation and meaningful upgrades in services and processes to help brandhub clients get more value from the platform and have a longer life as a client of brandhub. Communicate and lead initiatives to make those improvements, whether internal process or platform development.

Support key relationships with Select clients on the brandhub platform and the marketing initiatives they are executing.

Own key relationships with Select clients focused on driving revenue with projects.
