With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. -The Noyle Johnson Group is an independent agency serving Central Vermont and the New England area with three offices located in Montpelier, Danville and Bethel. Our approach to service isn't simply transactional. We strive to build strong working relationships based on trust. Through personal attention and professional commitment our goal is to provide security and peace of mind. Client Assistance and Education: Assists clients in making coverage changes, turning each contact into a marketing opportunity. Informs and educates clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures, documenting electronic files accordingly. -Technical Support and Proposal Management: Provides technical support to Producers regarding coverage, proposals, and suspense items. Prepares proposals and applications, submits them to insureds and carriers, obtains signatures, and follows up for timely responses in conjunction with the Producer. -Audit and Endorsement Management: Explains audit procedures to clients and reviews interim reports for credibility. Handles endorsements by processing information per agency procedure and updating the agency system for non-download carriers. -Account Management and Policy Renewal: Reviews accounts for opportunities to write personal lines business. Prepares insurance summaries and proposals, remarkets policies, maintains accurate electronic files, verifies billing accuracy, and identifies policies requiring renewal attention. -Collections and Claims Handling: Manages collections for agency-billed policies, verifies the legitimacy of late payments, and adjusts invoices or authorizes cancellations as necessary. Submits claims reported by insureds to carriers, sets up new claim files, and follows up as appropriate, while filling in for the receptionist as needed. Additionally, visits clients in person and assists with tasks as directed by agency management. - BA/BS preferred
- Valid Insurance Producer License or obtain within 6 months
- Commercial lines account management experience
