Job Details - THIS HOUSE SUPERVISOR WILL COVER ALL INPATIENT UNITS OF THE HOSPITAL. Charge/Nurse Managers RN's with one specialty (ICU, for example), will not be considered for this need. This candidate MUST be a multi-specialty Supervisor. Please detail proficiency on profile.
- A clinical resource nurse is a registered nurse whose responsibilities exceed that of a normal registered nurse. The main duties of a clinical resource nurse are to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations, assist in teaching nursing staff and enforce procedures, policies, practices and standards of the facility. A clinical resource nurse should have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and managerial skills.

Job Requirements - Minimum 5 years of recent INPATIENT HOUSE SUPERVISORY experience - Required
- Experience in a Critical Access facility - Required
- CERNER EMR experience - Required - This is non-negotiable!
- Travel experience - Preferred
- BSN (or higher) - Preferred
Schedule Information - Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.
