Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational change management initiatives for SAP systems
Drive human-centered transformation elements, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement
Oversee training and adoption processes during the SAP rollout and beyond


Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in change management focused on ERP implementations
Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives related to technology or process transformations
Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Change Model
At least 5 years of experience working on SAP implementations or leading SAP adoption initiatives
