  • This is an ADULT FORENSIC UNIT - MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND EXPERIENCED
  • Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
  • Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
  • The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
    Job Requirements
    • 5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months) - REQUIRED
    • Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
    • Must have peds/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume - REQUIRED
    • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
    • Will consider first time travelers
    • Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) - DATES
    • RTO cannot exceed 7 days
    • Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
    • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
    • Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
    • Please include CPI if they have it.
    • License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain.
      Unit Specific Information
      • Facility housing offered depending on vacancy.
      • Should the traveler choose to accept facility housing, it will be $300-450 per week depending on which rooms/sizes are available.
        Additional Details
        • Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease)
