A company is looking for a Servicing Transfer Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Provide service release profiles for new investors and services to sub-servicers
Coordinate communication between new servicer and sub-servicers on scheduled service releases
Reconcile and collect payments due to the company and refund payments to new servicer



Required Qualifications

1+ years in a mortgage servicing environment
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Private Investor guidelines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Experience in a team-oriented environment
